Naples Women’s Weekend is a multi-day event March 6-8, 2026 in honor of Women’s History Month. There are a plethora of empowering & informative workshops, motivational speakers, entertainment, pop-up shops, and classes to empower, excite and educate!
Who are the Women Behind Women's Weekend?
Leeann Barton, Jodi Caruso & Lauren Hirsh began Women's Weekend by nurturing an idea to fruition. Their goal was always women helping women. They pursued this dream in 2024 and the first year was bigger than they ever could have imagined... women are powerful and when they put their heads together greatness will follow.

Women's Weekend gives women the perfect opportunity to have a fun-filled, female-focused weekend while also allowing a space for the businesswomen of Naples to show-off their hard work, dedication, and voice in our community. Women's weekend caters to women in every aspect because we believe that women are the foundation of life.
